NEW YORK, New York – Stark Carpet Corporation has acquired the fabric and wallcovering companies Fonthill and Grey Watkins.

With these new acquisitions Stark will rename its fabric division from Old World Weavers to Stark Fabric.

Stark Fabric will now include Old World Weavers, Fonthill and Grey Watkins.

According to both John Stark, Stark chairman and Steven Stark, president, the change will bring all Stark Fabric companies together under the Stark brand and allows them to build up their fabric division.
