Olivier Peardon Named Brunschwig & Fils Senior VP of Design and Marketing
February 21, 2005
NEW YORK, New York — Olivier Peardon has been appointed senior vice president, design and marketing for fabric designer and wholesaler Brunschwig & Fils. The company only recently announced Peardon's appointment, though he took the post in December.
He will split his work week between Manhattan's D&D Building and the company's White Plains, New York office.
"I grew up in the business," said Peardon, "But I think my first official position was when I opened the Paris showroom in 1999."
In 2002, he returned to the U.S. to head the I.T. department worldwide for the growing company. He will now be responsible for all creative projects – new studio collections, furniture, marketing, showroom design, advertising and publicity.
Peardon is the son of chairman and CEO Thomas Peardon and the grand-nephew of the late Zelina Brunschwig.
