Langone Appointed Design Director

New York — In August, The Robert Allen Group appointed Rich Langone as design director of the Robert Allen @ Home division.
Langone will be responsible for the company's Robert Allen @ Home collections and will supervise the company's New York-based studio personnel. Most recently, he worked with Susan Sargent to produce Grover Farm from Robert Allen @ Home, a collection of prints and wovens.
In his new position, Langone will collaborate with contract design director Karen Keating. Meanwhile, Keating, who created the company's South Beach and Sloane Square upholstery collections for the hospitality market, will assume responsibility for styling the company's hospitality prints. South Beach and Sloane Square debuted in May 2002. F&FI
