Jeffery Smith Becomes Director of Sales at American Silk Mills

HIGH POINT, N.C. – American Silk Mills, a producer of residential, contract, and transportation textiles, announces that Jeffery Smith will be its director of sales.
Smith will report to company CEO David Corbin.
Smith has more than 20 years of experience in the home furnishings industry. Prior to joining American Silk Mills, he worked for Hughes Furniture Industries as national sales manager.
Smith has held executive positions at Ashley Furniture Industries, Broyhill Home Furnishings, and Lane Home Furnishings.
Jeffery Smith as the national sales director will assist in ASM expansion.
In his new position, Smith will assist in hiring sales representatives focused on the residential, jobber, and designer markets, while also leading expansions in the U.S. and international markets.
