Myrtle Beach, SC—Integra Fabrics, a specialist in healthcare and hospitality fabrics, has made three important appointments.

Laine Dickson has been named vice president of Operations. Chad Fisher, previously sales manager of the linings division has been promoted to vice president of sales and Kelli Alexander has been promoted to vice president of finance.
