TORINO, Italy - Roberto Fracassetti and Dario Farina, two of three partners in Griva SpA both left the company sometime in July.
Griva is an Italian weaver of curtain fabrics for the contract and residential markets whose origins date back to the middle of the last century, during the early years of post-war recovery.The ownership of Griva is now in the hands of Gualtiero Casalegno, the sole remaining partner who will be exhibiting Griva's products this year at MoOD in Brussels.None of the three could be reached for comment.
