June 28, 2005
KRUISHOUTEM, Belgium — Bart De Boevere has resigned his position at Beaulieu Fabrics N.V. as export sales manager after four and half years in that post.
He covered the U.S. market as well as South America, South Europe, the Middle East and South Africa and spent half of his life on the road which was hard on his wife and young children, he once told F&FI. He left his position right after Proposte where he was seen in the Beaulieu villa in Como working with customers in May.
De Boevere reported to Beaulieu managing director Luc Vandewiele. The company confirmed it is looking for a new export manager at this time.
De Boevere is currently working as the export manager for Domo, in charge of sports grass (artificial grass).
