MIAMI BEACH—Mitch Brown, 37 years with Rockland Mills has left the company to reportedly join Hanes Mfg., a converter and manufacturer of blackout fabrics.

It has been learned that Hanes will be making an official announcement about Brown on Monday. Brown was most recently vice president of sales for Rockland based in Dallas. He could not be reached for comment.

It is well known that Rockland has entered a liquidation phase and will not survive. Rockland so far has been unable to find a viable buyer for what is left of its business.
