Anthony J. Riggio, Former Contract Sales Director, Dies

NEW YORK—Anthony “Tony” Riggio, the former contract sales director at Richloom Fabrics Group, died on Dec. 2.
He was 76.
Prior to Richloom, he worked for Swavelle Fabrics.
Burial services will be held at St. Raphael Community Church in East Meadow, New York, on Dec. 7.
Riggio was was born on July 7, 1944.
Alan Guggenheim, owner of Continental Textiles Sales in New York, remembers Tony.
“I knew Tony through the textile industry and am so very sorry to read of his passing,” Guggenheim says. “Tony was such a nice and decent human being. He always had a positive point of view and a helpful hand to be offered whenever a favor was needed.”
