Warwick Fabrics Purchases Kibby Fabrics

COMO, Italy — Warwick Fabrics of Melbourne, Australia has confirmed that it has purchased the Kibby Fabrics Company of Victoria, Australia for an undisclosed price, in March.
Kibby had sales of $10 million according to Warwick principal Tom Warwick. Kibby principals Brandon Kibby and Peter Horton have left the company.
Tom Warwick also confirmed that Warwick's sales are now in the $75 million range with this acquisition, including the sales of Warwick UK. The figure of $25 million as stated in the Top 50 Wholesalers Worldwide list, in the spring issue of Fabrics & Furnishings International is too low, he commented.
Warwick also confirmed that his fiancé Robyn and he will tie the knot in the near future. Congratulations Tom!
