FRANKFURT, Germany -- An anonymous, yet knowledgeable industry source has revealed that Trevira will be introducing a new lower modified fiber into the US market to compete with Avora this year.

Trevira, a company of Reliance Group, India, is Europe's leading manufacturer of branded textile polyester fibers and filament yarns. Up until this point, all Trevira fiber has been produced in Europe; the location of production has yet to be confirmed.
