GLOUCESTERSHIRE, United Kingdom – According to the Trade Link Company's chairman, Bill Davis, the company – which is also the organizer of the Scoperta trade fair – will launch a new trade show next year focusing on European design.

The event, which Davis said is to be called Design Excellence, will showcase some of Europe's best designers and original design documents and artwork. It will run in concert with Maison Objet in Paris, which takes place in January.

Davis told F&FI that Trade Link would soon have more details about the new show as well as details on Scoperta 2009.
