September 5, 2007
SHANGHAI, China – Responding to the success of this year's Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles fair, Messe Frankfurt announced that they will expand the show next year with more space and another day on the calendar.
Next year's show will occur in nine halls, two more than this year. The dates are set for Aug. 26-29. The show organizer is also looking to add another country pavilion as a response to the successful Pakistan and Portugal pavilions this year. The 13-year-old event saw an 11 percent rise in attendance with more than 29,000 visitors.
