SURTEX Moves to New Javits Spot
March 5, 2009
WHITE PLAINS, New York – SURTEX, the annual trade show dedicated to the sale and licensing of original art and design, will be moved to the main level of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, Level 3, directly adjacent to the National Stationery Show and closer to the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) than it had been in past years.
The new floor plan for the show has been designed to make the three spring events seamless for buyers and exhibitors. "SURTEX exhibitors and attendees have desired a contiguous floor plan for years, and we're pleased to finally be able to meet this request," said Penny Sikalis, vice president and show manager. "We're excited about the benefits of the new location, especially in terms of convenience and ease of navigation."
SURTEX expects approximately 300 exhibitors and 6,000 attendees and will take place from May 17 to 19, 2009.
