Royal Hospital Chelsea to Host Decorex International Trade Show
September 10, 2009
LONDON, England - Founded in 1862 by King Charles II as a refuge for suffering veterans of war, Royal Hospital Chelsea will serve as the honored host for the 32nd Decorex International 2009.
Every year Decorex provides interior decorators, retailers, architects and hotel designers with fantastic new products in a unique setting where the design community can source everything from fabrics and wall coverings, to lighting, furniture and accessories.
This year's show features the powerful theme of "treasured possessions" where industry visionaries and visitors alike will stop and consider their most precious ephemera, conjuring the history, significance and values associated every one of their special pieces.
The dialogue of "possessions" will also be integrated into the 4-day seminar program which boasts numerous lectures and speakers including talks from Barbara Chandler and Nina Campbell.
This much-anticipated event will occur from September 27-30 at the Christopher Wren-designed Royal Hospital Chelsea.
