Richloom Sells Readymade Division to Keeco

NEW YORK—Richloom Fabrics Group has sold its reportedly $50 million readymade bedding and window coverings division to Keeco for an undisclosed purchase price.
In doing so, Richloom management has made an important strategic decision to focus its energies on the home furnishings piecegoods business which is estimated to be $150 million currently.
Richloom Principal Jim Richman was not available for comment.
Todd Cella, longtime member of the Richloom organization, first in export and more recently in the readymade division will be moving to Keeco. His boss, Andrew Reisel will be staying with Richloom it was learned by F&FI.
