ORANGEBURG , NY – Peter Layne, one of the founders of Arc-Com Fabrics, a converter of contract textiles and wallcoverings passed away on Sunday afternoon, October 6^th after battling cancer.

Jeff Layne is his brother and surviving partner.  Peter’s family and friends will hold a service tomorrow, Tuesday, October 8^th at 10:00am at Temple Shalom, Route 23, Pompton Turnpike in Cedar Grove, New Jersey.

Peter lived in Essex Fells, New Jersey.  He was a regular attendee at international trade shows and loved to play golf.  He was last seen at Proposte in May in Como,Italy
