Liora Manné Debuts Nonwovens at Showtime
December 21, 2010
HIGH POINT, North Carolina — Liora Manné, a New York based designer, has developed a patented process called Lamontage for blending different fibers into a needle punched nonwoven fabric for wallcoverings, wall hangings and floor coverings.
The collection was shown for the first time at Showtime last December and sells for $12 - $30 per yard, with solid colors falling in the lower end of the price range. Manné is also the artist and paints the surfaces with interesting contemporary and traditional designs “with a twist,” she says.
Manné also sells finished pillows, rugs and placemats, all in 100% polyester as part of the same collection.
