Woodbury NY—Kravet Inc., an industry leader in to-the-trade home furnishings, announced today that Dunes Point Capital, LP (DPC) has acquired the majority interest in Kravet Inc. The Kravet family will continue to lead the business and will maintain a significant ownership position.
