Kobefab Warehouse 'Severely Affected' by Fire

September 13, 2010

VALKENSWAARD, Netherlands Sipco Publications would like to share the following letter that was sent from Kobefab International BV to its clients after a recent fire affected the company's warehouse and operations:

On the morning of Wednesday 21st July, a neighbouring company who specialise in plastic recycling burnt down. Despite the efforts of the fire brigade, the Kobe building has been affected.

Thankfully no one has been injured and the main Kobe offices, showrooms and computer areas have not been affected.  Unfortunately, the main part of the Kobe warehouse has been severely damaged.

Kobe is currently assessing the consequences of the fire and analysing how quickly we can resume deliveries to our customers. At the moment we are unable to deliver any orders and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience to yourselves and your customers.

Kobe will endeavour to keep you informed of new developments and the status of deliveries.

This has been a serious event for the Kobe team; however we are a resilient company that has the strength to rebuild. Kobe is working hard to resume and actively restore the service levels that you have come to expect from Kobe.

If you have any questions, please contact your local sales person or Kobe sales office.

We hope you understand our situation and we would like to thank you for all your positive comments and support that we have received so far.

On behalf of the management team
