Jeffrey Fabrics Sells Out to P/Kaufmann

NEW YORK—P/Kaufmann Inc., the converter has purchased Jeffrey Fabrics Inc., the readymade importer for an undisclosed price.
Jeffrey principals Jeffrey Erdheim and Jeffrey Goldman have signed three year employment contracts as part of the deal.
The purchase marks the return of P/Kaufmann into the readymade business.
