August 13, 2001
Hollywood CA (USA) – Jay Dash, president of Jay Dash International and Jay Messer, president of Stonearch Corporation, have formed a strategic alliance to provide the hospitality industry with a turnkey package for the acquisition, refurbishment and conversion of existing hotel properties.
Dash has acted as consultant to numerous international manufacturing companies and trade fairs including Deco-Contract and Heimtextil Americas.
Messer has developed over $2.5 billion dollars in domestic and international real estate projects including site selection, franchising, debt/equity financing, construction coordination and pre-opening marketing.
"This alliance will provide significant value to hotel corporations seeking growth in new markets plus the significant economic benefits of acquiring a fully complete, ready to operate facility, including everything from the company's specified interior designs, FF&E to the last details of their signage," said Dash.
"Our goal," Messer said, "is to provide creative consulting services by developing growth programs for our clients. Once we understand our clients' expansion goals, we will help identify new areas of opportunities, provide site selection and negotiate the acquisition of existing facilities or develop new properties."
Dash added, "Our global alliances permit us to bring together the best talent, including architects, designers, purchasing agents, contractors and craftsman. In addition, we work directly with the leading international manufacturers of fabrics, wall coverings, carpeting, furniture and equipment. This mill-direct concept creates efficiencies for the owners, specifiers and purchasing agents at all levels."
Both Dash and Messer said they have a network of long-term relationships in the hospitality industry in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia including the emerging markets in Eastern Europe, Russia, the Pacific Rim and China.
"It is necessary to have an international SWAT team mentality in today's global market to keep the leading edge over the competition," Dash said. "I believe we can provide that edge."
