Hometextile Show in Guangzhou, China to be Held at Pazhou Complex

GUANGZHOU, China — The 2005 edition of Hometextile China will be held March 26-29, 2005, at the Chinese Export Commodities Fair, Pazhou complex, in Guangzhou.
According to the organizers, China Home Textile Trade Association & China Foreign Trade Center (Group), the exhibition will feature 350 exhibitors, 12 new, and showcase a full range of decorative products such as upholstery fabrics, curtains, bedding, cushions, and home accessories.
Starting with this edition, Hometextile China will be held concurrently with the second stage of the CIFF (office furniture show). It will be the "ideal platform for industry players abroad to witness the growing trend of Chinese consumption market and meet their business prospects optimistically," said the organizers. They expect that buyers will see plenty of home décor from which to get inspiration. Bamboo curtains and decorative accessories have been added this year, as well.
Last year, the fair was visited by 50,649 trade buyers, and 10,102 came from 125 overseas countries, the organizers reported.
In the future, the Hometextile China show will be re-packaged and staged with a new look, besides expanding to 40,000 square meters to meet the demands for space needed by exhibitors at home and abroad.
