NEW YORK - Home Furnishings International has acquired the assets of Westgate Fabrics and Payne Fabrics of Grand Prairie, Texas, and has consolidated the companies into Westgate Interiors, a new firm.

Westgate Interiors will continue sourcing product to the decorative design industry through both the domestic and foreign markets. Jay Cassen, former president of Payne and Westgate Fabrics, is president of the new company.

Home Furnishings, LLC is the parent company of American Decorative Fabrics, LLC; ADF Canada; Home Fashions International, LLC, and Home Fashions International Europe.
