CONCORD, NC-- Heritage Fabrics LLC, a decorative fabric supplier here for manufacturers, jobbers, hospitality/contract, and retailers, has acquired Roth & Tompkins, a family owned home furnishings fabric company as of October 19. Heritage Fabrics was founded in 2002. It operates from offices and a 50,000 square foot distribution facility in Concord. Roth & Tompkins with 800 fabrics in its line, will now be marketed, supported and distributed as a product division within Heritage Fabrics after immediate relocation to Concord, North Carolina, says Wayne McNeely, Heritage President. His partner is Don Greene, Executive Vice President. Lori Tompkins, principal of Roth & Tompkins will pursue other interests.
