PITTSFORD, New York – G3 Technology Innovations, LLC (G3i) announced they have successfully commissioned manufacturing equipment that is designed for large-scale manufacture of nanomaterial products for the commercial textiles finishing industry.

GreenShield™ is G3i's commercial introduction, which the company will market to the textile finishing industry as a revolutionary new product that repels soil and stains, reduces fluorochemical usage, delivers antimicrobial and antibacterial and anti-static properties.

The manufacturing process and the resulting products are based upon "green nanotechnology" which maximizes product performance and minimizes environmental and health risks, while also improving product recyclability. The green nanomaterial production process eliminates waste, uses ambient temperature and pressure and uses aqueous solvents to limit or eliminate the use of harmful chemistries.
