LYON, France - A group of business associates including Francois Saurini, owner of Domobel in Lyon, France, has purchased the assets of Sanchez, a bankrupt rotary screen printer in Continiente, Spain.
''Sanchez is number two in the printing business in Spain after Colortex, with 60,000 square meters of factory to its credit,'' Saurini said.
Domobel is a three-year-old producer of woven curtains and upholstery. Saurini previously co-owned Bel Air, a French voile curtain fabric producer, which he sold to Zorlu of Turkey.
