EDISON, New Jersey – Joe Dolce, a principal of Jablan Fabrics, Inc./Nantucket Trimming has confirmed that discussions are taking place with unnamed parties regarding the sale of either all or parts of the company. Rumors pair the sale of Nantucket Trimming to Bomar Trimming, of Lake Worth, Florida.

A more definitive announcement could be available as early as the week of December 20.

Neither Curt Gunsalus, principal of Jablan Fabrics, Inc./Nantucket Trimming or Alan Block, CEO of Bomar could be reached for comment.
