Bruno Named EVP, Culp Home Fashions

HIGH POINT, NC—Effective September 6, Tommy Bruno has been named Executive Vice President of Culp Home Fashions and is expected to assume the role of President of this division following the retirement of the current President Sandy Brown December 31.
Bruno joins Culp from Tempur Sealy where he was a Vice President.
Brown will retire after 39 years with Culp. Over the next few months, Brown will work with Bruno and will provide guidance as a strategic advisor to the company, a Culp spokesman says.
Culp, Inc. is a major manufacturer and marketer of mattress fabrics for bedding and upholstery fabrics for residential and commercial furniture. The company markets a variety of fabrics to its global customer base of bedding and furniture producers, including fabrics produced at Culp’s manufacturing facilities and fabrics sourced through other suppliers. Culp has manufacturing and sourcing operations located in the United States, Canada, China, Vietnam, Türkiye and Haiti.
