Istanbul, TURKEY—Dr. Mevlut Baydar has been named Export Manager of Aydin Tekstil  here reporting to Ali Aydin, President. Earlier this month, Baydar resigned his post as Director of Marketing, upholstery for Boyteks, a major upholstery and ticking manufacturer based in Kayseri, Turkey with a factory in Bursa. Since leaving Boyteks, he since moved to Istanbul with his family. During his time at Boyteks, Baydar watched the company grow to be a major force in jacquard upholstery and ticking production with sales in the $210 million range. Baydar has been with Boyteks for eight years and will make his plans known in the near future, he told F&FI. Boyteks is a division of Boydak Group.
