Austin Horn Creator Resigns as Creative Director

RANCHO MARGARITA, California — Dian Horn, original owner and founder of Austin Horn, has stepped down from her position as creative director and executive vice president. She will now serve as a design consultant to the 12 year old, high-end bedding manufacturer.
Her position will be filled by associate designer Gina Porter.

Horn purchases top-end fabrics worldwide for its elaborate line of bedding ensembles that retail for $1500 and above. Horn sells its products through top end retailers like Neiman Marcus and Horchow.
Horn has showrooms throughout the U.S. and is opening up a new showroom at the Pacific Design Center on December 6 in Los Angeles.
