Angiuoni Opens Paris Office, Expanded Mill

Milan, Italy - Enzo Degli Angiuoni, a major Italian jacquard woven mill, expects to open its first showroom and sales office in Paris located at 33, Rue des Petites Champs, in the center of the decoration fabrics business, a few steps from the offices of its existing jobber customers. Angiuoni is an important supplier to better decorative jobbers throughout the world.
At press time, the company said the French office and showroom would be operating by the end of 2002. ''This facility will be dedicated to our customers, jobbers and furniture manufacturers from all over the world, with an emphasis on the French and American customer,'' said export manager, Philippe Coupe. ''The sales activity will be organized by appointment only, to study new exclusive collections and show our new lines.''
Angiuoni has a similar sales office and showroom on Underhill Row in London. Patty Harper manages that office. In other developments, the company expects to open its expanded factory site in Birago di Lentate, Italy in the spring of 2003 after a false start last spring. Construction of the new factory and showroom was delayed for a year. Angiuoni said it would to unveil the new facility during the next Proposte in May.F&FI
