RADG Plans New Headquarters

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Brant Enderle and RADG Holdings LLC. ,the new owners of Robert Allen Duralee Group (RADG), is packing up its Hauppauge, N.Y. headquarters as well as the RADG design studio on Broad Street, N.Y. , and will relocate both in one facility in the New York area, possibly Brooklyn or Queens.

Where exactly this will be is not known but the move is expected after Labor Day on  September 1. No further information is available from Enderle or RADG Holdings LLC, the owner of RADG.

Enderle, the 50-something real estate developer from Knoxville, Tenn.  paid $19 million for the bankrupt RADG, as the only bidder in late April and laid off all of the management May 2.

The 300 employees remaining have their jobs  so far. Some suppliers to RADG say they will ship RADG goods but only if they pay in advance.

Some suppliers, who lost as much as $2 million in the bankruptcy, are still licking their wounds over their losses to the previous owners.

Since the acquisition, Enderle has not made any announcements regarding his plans for RADG and has refused comment through his representative several times to Fabrics & Furnishings International.

Enderle has two children, one girl and one boy in their 20’s,  who were reportedly going to be involved in the management of RADG but this could not be determined.

In addition to RADG, Enderle (Holliston Holdings LLC) is the owner of Holliston Mills, a coated fabrics manufacturer in Church Hill, Tenn. This business was acquired in a foreclosure sale in August, 2017. Enderle is also the owner of the Costume Gallery, a custom made dance costume manufacturer in Bristol, Penn.
